Mines: The Rudukela Manganese mine is spread across, nearly 100 acres of mining area and will be expanded further. It is located at Kolha Rudukela, Barbil. The proven reserves are approx 1 million Mt and with regular explorations this data will grow. The average grades are from 30% up to 54% (88% MnO2). At the present development, exploration and excavation are on in full swing so as to achieve optimum outputs.  |

Our mine is open pit mining with semi-mechanised operational process. The material is excavated and kept near the pit after which it is removed to the screening plant site, where with the help of both mechanised and manual process the ore is sorted and later sent to the stack yard for stacking. This ensures consistency in size and quality. The material is tested under ISO 9001 norms and by independent Public Analyst at the mine site. |
